The Cisco SSL VPN is a remote access tool that allows users to access certain protected resources and services while they are away from campus.

Remote Desktop Access

A remote desktop connection allows you to connect to your USC work desktop computer from home. It allows you to access all the files and resources of the computer you’ve connected to.

Zoom Video

Zoom is an easy-to use video collaboration and communication app that allows you to host conferences, group, classes or 1:1 meetings on your computer or mobile device.

Zoom Phone

Zoom Phone replaces USC’s costly legacy telephony and communications systems that have limited ability to support how our campuses operate today.

Outlook (Office 365)

The Outlook Web App (OWA) is the web-based email client for Office 365. If you haven’t already signed into any USC single sign-on services, you will log in using your USC NetID and password.

Teams (Office 365)

Microsoft Teams is a chat-centered workspace in Office 365. The Microsoft Teams platform combines instant messaging, video conferencing, calling, and document collaboration into a single, integrated app.

SharePoint

SharePoint system is a collaboration system that makes it easier for AdminOps employees to work together. Searching and accessing documents, sharing files, and provide feedback are basic features.

OneDrive (Office 365)

OneDrive for Business is an online document storage and sharing tool that faculty, staff, and students can access through the site at www.usc.edu/onedrive or through desktop and mobile applications.

Slack

Slack is a chat application which allows you to open individual or group text and video chats with other faculty, staff or students across USC.
